I am doing this review mainly to honor my husband who passed away before completion of the remodel of his old ranch house. My husband worked closely with Ilan and his great crew, Chris and Jose. It was a complete remodel which at time was quite challenging. Ilan’s diligence in getting approvals of the city of Sunnyvale were very daunting at times, but eventually he got it done. There were glitches from time to time but after several meetings and phone calls, the work had been corrected and completed and the house was completed. The end result was a gorgeous new and elegant house. The open floor concept with its high ceiling and sky lights is a great plus for the once old and dark ranch house from the 70’s. Thank you Ilan and your crew for a fantastic job.
