6. Free 3D Design Services

We may offer complimentary 3D design services for qualifying large-scale projects at our sole discretion.

You agree that:

  • Free 3D design services are not guaranteed for all inquiries
  • Eligibility is determined by project size, feasibility, and Company discretion
  • All design materials, renderings, and models remain the intellectual property of Sigura Construction, Inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • These designs are conceptual and may change during project development

7. Change Orders (IMPORTANT)

All construction work is subject to change orders when project scope, materials, or conditions differ from the original agreement.

You acknowledge that:

  • Any change in scope, materials, design, or unforeseen site conditions may require a written change order
  • Change orders may affect pricing, timeline, and project scope
  • No additional work will be performed without written approval from both parties
  • Verbal approvals are not binding

8. Payment Terms (IMPORTANT)

All payment terms are defined in the signed construction agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits may be required before project commencement
  • Progress payments may be required based on project milestones
  • Final payment is due upon substantial completion or project handover
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work
  • The Company reserves the right to stop work until outstanding payments are resolved

Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees, delays, or termination of services as permitted by contract.

9. Project Delays & External Factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Permit or inspection delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Material shortages or supplier delays
  • Labor availability
  • Utility or municipal issues

Project timelines are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in a signed agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, logos, designs, and 3D models (including Matterport tours), are owned by Sigura Construction, Inc. unless otherwise stated.
